1. Return application period

After receiving the goods, if the customer finds that the goods have quality problems, send the wrong goods or cause damage during transportation, he can contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods to apply for a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges submitted after more than 7 days will not be accepted.

You can apply for a return or exchange in the following cases:

V. Refund instructions

After receiving and confirming that the returned item meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3-7 working days.

The refund will be returned to the customer's payment account in the same way.

Actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing time of the bank, credit card institution, or payment platform.

Return shipping fee

For returns caused by product quality problems or wrong products, the return shipping fee shall be borne by Lan Luxury Bag.

If the customer applies for a return due to personal reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
