Reference images are not item evidence
A style photograph can help you understand a design, but it cannot establish the authenticity, condition, accessories or availability of the item offered for sale. Ask for a complete set of current photographs of the actual item, including its corners, interior and attachment points.
Match the information to one item
Confirm the model, measurements, material, visible defects, repair history and included accessories. Packaging, a number or a receipt must be considered alongside the item, rather than treated as a standalone authenticity guarantee. Missing information should be supplied before a purchase decision.
Confirm the transaction and inspection arrangements
Keep the final price, currency, delivery costs, delivery timetable and return terms in the order record. If an order uses a platform inspection service, confirm its eligibility and scope. Using that service does not establish an official partnership between an independent shop and the inspection provider.
