Photo review questions
Do I need an account or payment?
This beta is free with no account or password. Supply an email address and product photos. Daily places and queue capacity are limited.
What products and details can I submit?
Submit bags, shoes, clothing or accessories, including overall views, logos, hardware, engravings, labels, stitching and soles. Unrecognized items remain unknown; coverage of all brands and models is not guaranteed.
How many photos or video frames are supported?
Up to 12 photos and frames combined. Videos may be up to 90 seconds and 64 MB; your browser extracts up to 6 frames. The original video is not uploaded.
Does the report prove authenticity?
No. Beta reports provide brand clues, visible-detail observations and photo suggestions and may be wrong. They are not authenticity certificates, valuations or a basis for transactions.
Will my photos be used for training?
Only separately authorized photos and frames may become learning, training or evaluation candidates for this website’s AI. Photos are not sent to third-party model services. You may decline permission and still use the review, or withdraw permission later.
When will my report arrive?
After successful submission, processing is queued and the report is delivered by email. Timing depends on photo count, queues and service availability. Please also check spam.
